Garden tools? With the horse tack. Fish tank equipment? Step over the leaf blower and push the lawn mower aside. To find 2 bags of rocks and misc.tubing. And hopefully u don't pick an item with no price tag!! We had 2. Which meant our cashier, Who was WONDERFUL, will have to go back in the shop and find someone .. About 5 minute wait each time.
For a small company in a small town, They are great to have here in St. Helens. I have always found them to be very helpful! They're prices are fair! We buy birds from them yearly and they always stand behind what they sell.
i purchased a new cub cadet lawn tractor from them last summer. it worked very well for the summer but when i took it out of storage in march to take it in for a tune up the brake was locked up. i tokk it in march 13th and did not get it back until march 25th. they did a break adjustment and tune up. on april 30th after only using the mower for about 6 hours the break locked up again so i had to take it back to the shop. i was told by the owner doug that i would have it back by may 13th after several phone calls to get a status update. i was called on may 21st and told that the mower was ready for pickup. when i started the mower and let off the break it made a terrible metal rubbing noise. i had dave the mechanic come out to look at it. he said to me that it looked like a pully was bent and he did not know if he should fix it. from there i just could not understand how he can call himself a mechanic. anyway he said they would get the parts and get it back to me next tuesday or wednesday. when i called on the 28th to get a status dave told me that it will be done when he gets to it as there were other mowers ahead of mine. after another week of waiting i finally went and picked it up (un-repaired) and took it to another shop. so from april 30th to june 6th i waited for alot of broken promises and could not get warrenty work done. good luck if you do business with these people
