Very nice place for the money. Great customer service and very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok and there was a good variety. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that the pool and sitting area were broken but the manager did compensate us for that by taking money off our stay. There was a few undesirables outside smoking but they were not out of hand. It would have been nice to have a non-smoking area to sit outside since the weather was nice and be away from the smokers.
When my husband pulled back the shower curtain a dry, used mildew-ed washcloth fell down...wonder how long that had been there?
It was a less-than-ideal experience!! The front desk associates were friendly, welcoming and seemed generally happy to have us there.
Never stayed here, but have visited family who did. The pool is nice. The hot tub in the pool area is nice. The continental breakfast is good with a nice variety including a waffle maker. The rooms are what I expect in a Best Western. Overall a nice place.
Hotel upgraded my queen room to a king suite when I told them we were in town to get married. Then they decorated the room! Very nice room. Quiet. Roomy. And super clean. Super comfy bed. Highly recommend this motel!!!
This was my second year staying there since its easier on me than to get up at crack of dawn to be on time for a friends model horse show. Its great to beable to play in the pool or just soak in the hot tub agter a long day. Everyone at Best Western Oak Meadows Inn are all so friendly. I plan to rent a room each year until my friend retires from putting on her model horse show.
But... Filthy carpets throughout the hotel! I forgot my slippers and my husband gave me a pair of his socks so I didn't have to walk barefoot on the floors!
Breakfast area was a mess.
Overall, less-than-acceptable stay...we will NOT return!!
Lightbulb over bed was burned out. Took it to front desk and the associate on duty cheerfully gave me a new one, saying "Here you go!".
