Never had a bad haircut from these guys, everyone is super polite and friendly. The only thing it's missing is someone to color hair, all of the stylists have amazing colored hair and I'm insanely jealous!
Did a decent job. Employees kiss alot of ass for that tip though. I dont personally dont care for suck ups.
Usually get in and out pretty quick. There's s Starbucks next to it if they have a wait though. Brandy is really great. I wait for her and she's always done a great job.

For those complaining about their being ruined: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STYLIST. THEY'RE ALL VERY TALENTED, TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT.
For people complaining about closing times and being turned away: you try doing a job that involves standing on your feet for 12 hours. Coming in 15 minutes before close is very rude and inconsiderate. We're all human.
