Probably my best-ever sales experience with an auto dealership.
I went in for my Regular Maintenance. Everything was handled quickly. There was 1 minor problem which was explained well and I decided to wait on further diagnostics. And my Dipstick was broken. But nothing was done until it was discussed with me.
Returning to the service department for regular maintenance, I found Mitch and Tom both friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested a test after I described some minor concerns which resulted in some major warranty work under a service bulletin. They even canceled some of the scheduled maintenance pending the outcome of the test since it could be redundant.
They have a good size Lot across the Street with a decent selection of "Pre-Owned" Vehicles.
Everyone at Emmert Motors has always been very nice to me, not just the Sales Department!
During that major work they discovered a minor transmission leak that would have cost double in labor if done separately. I was happy with the outcome. No visible issues with the work and the vehicle was returned in better cosmetic condition than before.
They have a small but adequate Waiting Area with Free Coffee, comfy Seating, and a TV. I chose to get in more steps instead so went outside to walk.
The only drawback is that they don't have a huge Parking Lot for people bringing in their Cars for Service or those looking to buy a Vehicle. On Street Parking is at a premium so you'll likely have to walk a ways.
I bought a used car with help from salesman Phil Edwards. My wife and I went there with one car in mind and he showed us what we asked for. The asking price was pretty fair and he provided all available information about the vehicle once I started asking detailed questions about the history. No hints of being misled even several months later.

Frustrating body shop repair service. Took my car in for minor bumper scuffs to repaint. The painting took a long time to complete (about 5 days) and after the paint was done noticed that there was rough spots where the paint was merely sprayed on, but not smoothed over to a like new finish. I took it back, they said they fixed it, so I take it home to look at and looked at it again today and still not done right. I am totally frustrated.
Ok, so here's an edit. They said they would do it again to make sure the section is right, so I'm upgrading the review a bit. Still, being as picky I am for my special car, I wanted it done right. Hopefully third time is the charm. Thank you.
