Ordered a bike part on Monday. I called on Wednesday and they said the part won't be in until Friday. I called Friday and low and behold they didn't even order it.
Very helpful and friendly family owned business! The guys helped me purchase and outfit my bike. We travel all over the country and when I voiced concern about maintaining my bike they encouraged me to call them and they would talk me through any issues. Super folks with excellent customer service!
